By using Octomiser, you agree to these Terms. The app helps you track Octopus Energy rates and usage. We respect your privacy and do not collect any personal data. Your API key and account details are kept solely on your device and within your private iCloud account.

The app requires your Octopus Energy API key and account details to access your energy data.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and account information.

3. Data and Privacy
We do not collect or store any personal data on our servers.
Your API key and account details are stored exclusively on your device and in your private iCloud account.
You maintain full control over your data and can delete it at any time.
By using the app, you grant Octopus Energy permission to share your energy data with the app.
4. Intellectual Property
The app, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Eugnel and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any portion of the app without explicit permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
